LittleRetailPH's pancake is best eaten with eggs, bacon, and you can put your favorite low carb spreads on the pancake such as peanut or almond butter, whipped cream, etc. The pancake is very filling and can help you stay full until your next meal.

ONLY NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:
5 large eggs (or 7 small)
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup coconut oil
1.5 tbsp vanilla extract (optional)

1 Little Retail PH’s Keto Pancake Mix
2 eggs
6 tsp unsweetened almond milk
4 tsp coconut oil
0.5 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
0.5 sachet Equal Gold (optional, if you prefer it sweeter)

Ingredients: Almond Flour, Coconut Flour, Erythritol, Baking Powder, Himalayan Salt

Can be refrigerated after being cooked for up to 2 weeks. Still delicious when microwaved.
